Nawaz Sharif arrived in Lahore as thousands throngs to the streets to welcome their leader

Nawaz Sharif finally arrived in his home town Lahore. He made his last speech at Data Darbar where massive crowds greeted him. He promised with the charged crowd to give his program on 14th August. He will announce his future plan of action at the independence day. He made a short stop over at Shahdra where thousands of his supporters gathered to greet him. He made a short speech to the supporters and asked them to accompany him to the final destination of Data Darbar.

PML-N succeeded to put up a good show in Lahore. It was important for them to show strength in Lahore to make political gains. Data Darbar falls in the constituency of NA-120, where by election is scheduled for September 17. Kulsoom Nawaz, the wife of former prime minister Nawaz Sharif is contesting the election as PML-N candidate.  This rally was the start of this election campaign.

The mood in the rally was festive as workers and supporters danced on the tunes of the music and at the beats of the drums. One thing is clear that with every passing day on the GT road and massive rallies in different cities gives  new confidence to Nawaz Sharif. He has also hardened his stance towards Supreme Court and establishment. He put forward a clear political case to his supporters on the disqualification.
