The PPP Chairman on Monday made the announcement in a tweet, stating “My election has been stolen. I will be joining the people of Gilgit Baltistan in their protest shortly.”

Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) is holding a sit-in outside RO office against rigging in Gilgit-Baltistan elections. While talking to media, Bilawal Bhutto said that the people here will not allow you to rob them of their votes and I salute you. No one has left the PPP.

Bilawal Bhutto Zardari said that they started violating the law, the Prime Minister and the Minister also arrived while the job of the Election Commissioner was to stop the rigging. “Will you allow them to rob your vote, are you trying to steal ballot papers, will you allow them”, he added.

Chairman PPP said that I cannot bargain on your rights, I stand with you, who will stop this rigged overnight and they are still trying to steal 3 seats but will not let them do so”.

Bilawal Bhutto also said that the people of Gilgit-Baltistan will not allow any puppet and selected person to snatch their rights. Wherever there is rigging if your protest continues then my protest will continue. If not, they will go to Islamabad.

He said that we will take back our rights; otherwise, we will sit down. He knew that PTI is zero in Gilgit-Baltistan. Despite rigging, PTI did not get a clear majority.
