Australia wins the third test and the series against Pakistan

 Australia wins the third test match by 115 runs as Pakistan all out for 235 in the second innings chasing the target of 351


Australia bowled Pakistan out for 235 runs to wins the third test match at Gaddafi Stadium Lahore by 115 runs. Australia also clinch the 3 match series 1-0 as first two test matches ended in draw. Australian spinner Nathan Lyon  finished with 5 for 82 runs while Pat Cummins  took three wickets.
 
Babar Azam and Imam-ul-Haq put up some resistance against Australian bowlers as both scored half-centuries. No other Pakistani batmen were able to stay at the wicket much longer. In form Muhammad Rizwan out for duck in the second innings. 
Pakistan lost two wickets in the first session and was looking set to draw the test match. But wickets continue to tumble through out the second and third sessions. Nathan Lyon done the most damage. 

Australia off-spinner Nathan Lyon Friday bowled his team to a famous series win as the visitors registered a thumping 115–run win on the final day of the final Test of the three-match Test series at Gaddafi Stadium Lahore.

Pakistan was well-placed at the end of the fourth day at 73-0. However, opener Abdullah Shafiq was first to go as he edged a delivery of Cameron Green in the hands of wicketkeeper Alex Carey without adding any run to his overnight score of 27.

Azhar Ali became the first victim of Lyon when he was caught by Steven Smith in the slips as Pakistan were reduced to 105-2. Azhar made 17 runs. Imam-ul-Haq made a fine fifty but after scoring 70 runs he was the third wicket to fall. Australia wrap up the test match and the series in the last session of the fifth and final day.
