Prime Minister Imran Khan in trouble as 24 PTI MNAs rebelled against the ruling party

At least 24 PTI lawmakers are living in Sindh House Islamabad and they are ready to vote against PM imran Khan

According to the media reports, at least two dozen disgruntled MNAs of the ruling PTI are living in Sindh House and already decided to vote against the PM Imran Khan in the vote of no-confidence.

The ruling party seems in trouble as defections have become visible. Yesterday, Speaker Punjab Assembly and leader of PML-Q told the media that around one dozen PTI MNAs are in a safe house and ready to vote against PM Imran Khan. His claim has been confirmed within 24 hours after senior journalist and anchor Hamid Mir break the news that these MNAs are staying in Sindh House Islamabad.

These defections within ruling PTI are enough to bring down the Imran Khan government. The rumours of defections within PTI were circling around in the political and media circles for many days. But Hamid Mir succeeded to bring out the footages from Sindh House and he also talked to the PTI lawmakers there.

After the defections of nearly 24 MNAs from the ruling PTI, PM Imran Khan has lost the majority in the national assembly. And if the allies MQM-P, PML-Q and BAP announced to ditch the PTI government and to support the opposition then the total opposition numbers will exceed to more than 200.

PTI MNA Raja Riaz told the senior anchor and journalist of Geo News Hamid Mir that they have moved to Sindh House after the police action and arrest of two GUI-F lawmakers. Raja Riaz, who is part of the Jahangir Tareen Group, told Hamid Mir that the disgruntled members would vote for the no-confidence motion against PM Imran Khan in "accordance with their conscience."

Malik Nawab Sher Waseer and Raja Riaz who were elected from Faisalabad in 2018 general elections on PTI ticket said that around 24 PTI members have been staying in the Sindh House right now. He further said that many others are ready to come here; however, PML-N is unable to accommodate all the members.

Raja Riaz, who is a member of the Jahangir Tareen Group, told Hamid Mir that the disgruntled members would vote for the no-confidence motion against PM Imran Khan in "accordance with their conscience."

Malik Nawab Waseer also made it clear that he would not contest the next general elections on a PTI ticket. He said that he will decide his future course of action after consulting his voters and supporters.

Hamid Mir after visiting the Sindh House has confirmed the presence of disgruntled lawmakers but said that according to his counting, “20 PTI MNAs are present in Sindh House.”

These lawmakers are expressing fear of victimisation and even arrest so they prefer to stay at safer place.  "The disgruntled members fear that the government will take action against them similar to the March-10 raid by police on the Parliament Lodges," senior journalist Hamid Mir has confirmed.

The different news channels are reporting citing their sources that a report has been sent to PM Imran Khan in which names of MNAs been mentioned who are staying in Sindh House and wants to vote against the PM.

PTI members who are currently staying at the Sindh House include Raja Riaz, Nawab Sher Waseer, Rana Qasim Noon, Ghaffar Wattoo, Noor Alam Khan, Riaz Mazari, Basit Bukhari, Khawaja Sheraz, A Raja Riaz, who is a member of the Jahangir Tareen Group, told Hamid Mir that the disgruntled members would vote for the no-confidence motion against PM Imran Khan in "accordance with their conscience."

Sources added that a list containing the names of the MNAs staying at the Sindh House has been sent to PM Imran Khan.

Meanwhile, PTI MNA  Ramesh Kumar, who is also staying at the Sindh House, has announced that he has parted ways with the PTI. He also claimed that three federal minsters of PTI have also parted way with ruling party to join opposition. He didn't revealed the names of the said ministers.
