AJK prime Minister Sardar Abdul Qayum Niazi resigned

AJK PM submitted his resignation to president AJK Sultan Mehmood

AJK prime Minister Sardar Abdul Qayum Niazi has submitted his resignation to president AJK Sultan Mehmood Chaudhry today. Nearly 25 MLAs of AJK Assembly submitted no-confidence motion against PM AJK . The speaker called the session of the Assembly on April 15 to vote on the no-confidence motion and to elect a new PM. 

Before his  resignation Sardar Abdul Qayum Niazi sacked 4 ministers and one advisor of his own party PTI. The AJK PM met with PTI chairman Imran Khan and conveyed his reservations about the no-confidence motion. Billionaire Sardar Tanvir Ilyas is favourite to replace him as PM AJK.
