Rafael Nadal wins record14th French Open title

Spanish super star Nadal defeated Casper Ruud  in straight sets to lift 22nd Grand Slam title 


The Spanish tennis super star Rafael Nadal has won the 14th French Open title. The world no 5 Nadal defeated world rank 8 player Casper Ruud in straight sets to lift his 22nd Grand Slam title. He defeated Ruud with the score of 6-3, 6-3 and 6-0 in just two hours and 18 minutes. 
Nadal has become the oldest player to win the French Open title at the age of 36 years. Nadal also holds the  record of winning the most French Open title. He extended his record to 14 wins today. Now he has won more Grand Slam titles 22 than Roger Federer and Djokovic's 20 each. Nadal defeated Djokovic defeated in the quarter final of the French Open.
