Ali Musa Gillani of PPP is leading in NA-157 Multan by poll

 Ali Musa Gillani is leading with 42,743 votes while Mehar Bano Qureshi is trailing with 31,849 votes 

According to the unofficial results of 127polling stations, Syed Ali Musa Gillani is leading with 42,743 votes while Mehar Bano Qureshi of PTI is trailing with 31,849 votes so far. 
Ali Musa Gillani has the lead of nearly 11,000 votes. Mehar Bano Qureshi is the daughter of former foreign minister and senior PTI leader Shah Mehmood Qureshi. This seat was won by Zain Qureshi in 2018 general elections.
