President Recep Tayyip Erdogan is ahead in knife edge Turkish presidential elections

 President Erdogan is leading in the results of 69% polling stations while opposition candidate Kemal Kilicdaroglu is closely behind

 

 According to the trends of Turkish presidential elections 2023, president Recep Tayyip Erdogan is leading the race. As the 69% votes have been counted, President Erdogan is ahead with 51.70% of the votes while opposition candidate Kemal Kilicdaroglu is closely behind with 42.36% of votes. 
In the early early results, the opposition candidate was ahead. But now Erdogan has extended his lead. president Erdogan is facing a tough challenge from the opposition.

Ballot boxes opened: 68.63%

Recep Tayyip Erdoğan: 51.31%, 17,856,936 votes

Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu: 42.86%, 14,914,935 votes

Sinan Oğan: 5.32%, 1,853,154 votes

Muharrem İnce (withdrawn): 0.51%, 176,253 votes

 

ANKA NEWS AGENCY

Ballot boxes opened: 57.77%

 Recep Tayyip Erdoğan: 47.85%, 14,159,459 votes

Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu: 46.39%, 13,728,696 votes

Sinan Oğan: 5.32%, 1,574,274 votes

Muharrem İnce (withdrawn): 0.45%, 134,199 votes
