Conduct drug tests of all students in Baluchistan BHC orders the government

The divisional bench of the Baluchistan High Court orders the provincial education department of Baluchistan government to conduct drug tests of all students studying in different institutions. The High Court also directed the secretary education of schools and colleges to take action against students found guilty of using drugs.

 The Court also ordered the Anti Narcotic Force (ANF), police and other law enforcement agencies and concerned departments to take stern action against smugglers and drug peddlers who provide drugs to students. The court also directed the authorities to ban the presence of irrelevant people near education institutions. Only parents should be allowed to visit the institutions.

Justice Jamal Mandokhail observed that students are our future and they must be free from this curse.
