PML-N leading with clear margin in NA 120 by election according to N&A survey

PML-N  candidate Begum Kulsoom Nawaz is heading for a clear victory in the the NA 120 by elections. Despite all the hard work and rigorous campaigning by PTI candidate Dr. Yasmin Rashid is lagging behind. There is close competition for third spot between PPP candidate Faisal Mir and Mili Muslim League backed candidate Sheikh Yaqoob.  MML is formed by the supporters and die hard workers and activists of banned Jammat-u-Dawa (JUD) previously known as Lashkar-e-Tayyaba (LeT).

PML-N might not be able to retain the margin of victory it experienced in 2013 when former PM Nawaz Sharif was elected with the margin of nearly 40,000 votes. Nawaz Sharif got 61% of the vote in 2013. PTI candidate Dr.Yasmin Rashid got around 34% votes.

According to N&A news estimates and survey, PML-N is likely to get between 55 to 60% votes.PTI will get between 30 to 35% votes and remaining parties including MML, PPP will get between 5 to 10% votes.

newsnanalysis. co (N&A news) conducted a survey in 10 different areas and localities of this constituency. N&A news team targeted the traditional middle class and working class areas. It is generally believed that middle class population is more inclined towards PTI. But this survey found the opposite trend. PML-N is still enjoying comfortable lead in most of the the middle class localities and neighbourhoods.
