World bank predicted 5.2% growth for Pakistani economy in 2017


Pakistan will experience the highest growth rate in 9 years as economy will grow at the pace of 5.2%, the World Bank predicted. According to the World Bank, the fiscal reforms and consumer confidence is driving the growth in the economy. The world bank predicted the growth rate of 5.5% in 2018 and 5.8% in 2019.

But the World Bank also warned that fiscal and trade  deficit pose a serious challenge to the economy. World Bank emphasised to further reform the economy to accelerate the growth.
